Step 02

Log in to the Bifrost dashboard

Register with Discord or email and confirm your address.

Overview

Start here to create your Bifrost account and verify your email so your dashboard is fully activated.

1Accept the terms and conditions when prompted.
2Open the login/register screen for the Guild Dashboard.
3Register using your email address or choose the Discord option for faster sign-in.
4After registration, verify your email. If you do not receive the email, click Resend Email.
5Click Verify Email Address to continue into the dashboard.

Step 03

Create your Bifrost profile

Sign in with your credentials or connect with Discord.

Learn the two ways to access your account and get to the Bifrost Control Panel.

1Your username will be generated by your login details. Enter your email address here also.
2Enter your gaming platform information. This is required to use certain features.

Step 04

Setup Your Guild

Create your guild profile and publish the community settings.

Overview

Build the foundation for your group with guild details, branding, and community links.

1Go to the Your Guild page and click Create Guild.
2Enter your guild information and upload a guild logo.
3Fill in community details including a Guild Discord URL and applicable countries.
4Configure the visible guild settings so new members can learn about your group.
5Click Create Guild to complete the setup.

Step 05

Add Guild Staff

Invite players and manage membership from the guild dashboard.

Overview

Send your staff the link to the dashboard and allow them to create their Bifrost profile like in step 3.

1In the Guild Mods & Admins section, send them the generated code.
2On their dashboard, they should select Join Guild instead of Create Guild.
3They should input the code where prompted. They are now in the guild in a parked role.
4As the guild owner, you can reassign their permissions to a suitable level from the Mods & Admins section by clicking Permissions next to their name.

Step 06

Connect Your First Server

Add a game server to Bifrost and verify its connection.

Connection note

Link a live game server to your account and confirm the details before creation.

1Navigate to the Game Servers page and click + Add Server.
2Choose the correct game for the server you want to connect.
3Fill out the required server details and click Test Connection.
4Ensure no other RCON tools or services are using the server during verification.
5Click Create Server to add the server to Bifrost.
6A success message confirms the server is now connected.

Configure Your Server

Fine-tune server settings after connection.

Once the server is added, lock in the settings and make your server ready for players.

1After your server is successfully added, open its configuration page.
2Review and update server settings for automation, permissions, basics, and monitoring.
